One in the kitchen, the other in the front, Hervé and Sabine work together to make this bistro a place like no other.
The complicity helping (they know each other since they were fourteen), it works !
But a chief's bistro, what is it about?
Hervé explains that he followed the tradition of these chefs whom aside of their main restaurant sometimes a little too stuffy, have another business more friendly and less concerned about the constraints of the gastronmy protocol. Here at Le Bistro d'Hervé, we welcome friends and loved ones in a pleasant atmosphere. We eat at reasonable prices some "greedy dishes".
The outside of the restaurant offers on one part, a peaceful terrace with a tapas corner and a large and nice bar area.
The tables are protected under large gray hanging sails and kind of make this place special.
The entrance of the restaurant looks like a Parisian "café comptoir" with the coffee machine and rows of wine bottles.
The inside is comfier and has been the subject of particular attention. Red benches, a contrast of gray and bronze on the walls. It is funny to know that the knives were specially designed for the restaurant, as the polished concrete and wrought iron tables.
